Fukoku considers the distribution of profits to shareholders to be of its basic policies and will maintain consistent and stable dividend pay-outs. To this end, we will strive to improve shareholder value and increase profitability. It is our fundamental policy to pay two dividends annually: an interim dividend and year-end dividend. The decision regarding the payment of the interim dividend is the responsibility of our Board of Directors, while the decision regarding the year-end dividend is made by the general meeting of shareholders.
