OCTRON- Through a flexible business format and a perpetual quest for ideas and challenges, Fukoku has carved out a domain unrestricted by conventional boundaries. For example, Fukoku has developed piezoelectric ceramic material having a high performance capacity and high reliability, as well as a halogen-free treatment technology for dechlorination that does not produce dioxins in functional materials. The antistatic product OCTRON was developed in response to needs in cutting-edge technologies to resolve the problem of static electricity in high-tech products. These new products developed by Fukoku play an active role in various fields of advanced technology.

Piezoelectric ceramics

Ceramics- Fukoku developed piezoelectric ceramic materials through its latest technologies, and handles all phases of the process from development and blending of materials to molding, sintering, and manufacturing of the final product. These ceramic materials have numerous applications ranging from such existing products as ultrasonic oscillators used in the atomizers of ultrasonic humidifiers, inhalers, and negative ion generators, and in cleaners, and cosmetic massage apparatuses to such new products as mesh oscillators for small atomizers designed to spray medicines or cosmetic essences. The potential for this material is unlimited.
Pneumatic valves, which utilize the same technology employed in seals, are widely used for regulators of various control devices and electromagnetic valves. Fukoku also supplies end seals for precision instruments and industrial robots, and seals for high-precision linear guides used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Fukoku's products are also employed in more familiar devices, such as valves used in marking pens. The pen features a slit formed in the tip of the valve, and has brought Fukoku much praise for its precision in width and parallel dimensions.
