Fukoku has a high market share in the world market for wiper blade rubbers. Our R&D division is refining a special surface modification technology for imparting low friction characteristics to the wiper blades and continues its tireless dedication to develop the ultimate wiper material having less noise and friction. There are an infinite number of possible types and proportions when combining materials. Here, Fukoku shines with its intuition and creativity for improving weather-resistance and durability.

Fukoku has diverse core technologies including material development, compound technology, basic analysis, product analysis and evaluation, surface modification, composite technology, molding, metal machining, welding, mold design, equipment development, and anti-vibration and anti-noise technology. Fukoku has greatly expanded the possibilities for new products by developing technologies for bonding materials with different properties, such as rubber and metals, rubber and resins, and rubber and fabrics. Now Fukoku is engaged in research and development on new polymer materials, as well as resin molding.

Fukoku has opened the door to the next generation through its tireless pursuit of unique basic and processing technologies using state-of-the-art testing and evaluation devices and analyzers. The engine bench is a powerful tool for measuring and analyzing engine vibration and noise and has enabled us to develop optimum dampers for various engines. The anti-vibration tester measures and improves a wide variety of anti-vibration products. By introducing FEM analysis system in our technical control room, we can perform simulated calculations on the computer prior to manufacturing prototypes to speed up the design and development process.
