Our greatest strength is that we have an integrated system that allows us to do everything in-house, from raw material development to planning, design, prototyping, production, and delivery.
That means our employees are also active in many fields. We are looking for people in wide range of working fields. Research and development test and evaluate the raw material mix created, production engineering designs dies and production lines for stable production in manufacturing process, and sales utilize full knowledge of product features and performance to be contact points for customers in communicating their needs.
Employees are placed based on where they see themselves in the future and their own individual skills. Before we place an employee, we first interview them and help them create a personalized career path.
Design
We finalize product specifications by designing and forecasting product performance using the latest computer-based simulations.
Production engineering
The real excitement of production engineering is that it is related to all facets of manufacturing, including launching new production lines, designing dies and production equipment, and designing line automation systems.
Sales
